Sandy Hopper has over 14 years of residential sales experience-all in the Golden area, and he started RE-Assurance Real Estate in 2002.
Before becoming a licensed real estate Broker, Sandy worked in construction and construction management. Sandy has a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University (see full resume), and worked after college in the Mutual Fund Industry.
Sandy’s expertise, educational background, and relevant skill set prove to be a successful mix for his clients. He knows what matters: attention to detail, market knowledge, and a real concern for clients in what may be their most important financial transaction.
Away from selling real estate, Sandy enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, golf and coaching his kid’s soccer teams.

Noel has lived in North Colorado Springs since the year 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband Gilbert, two sons and three dogs in the great outdoors of Colorado. She has been a small business owner for over ten years and continues to support her community.
Noel holds a Colorado real estate brokers license and is a member of the Denver metro board as well as the Pikes Peak Board of realtors, therefore able to serve the needs across the front range. Noel has experience with personal investments, property management, and interior decorating in residential homes. She partners with her mother who has over 34 years of experience and has constantly ranked as one of the top producing agents in the Denver area.
Noel has an efficient and realistic approach to real estate and is dedicated to helping her clients make the “right” move. She believes a home isn’t just an investment, it’s where memories are made.
A Mother-Daughter team working to “Help Your Family make the RIGHT move!”
Elizabeth (Betty) A. Strietelmeier
Betty has owned rental properties since 2006 and has been involved in the renovation of her own and her Mother’s homes. These experiences lead to her desire to learn more about Real Estate investments, and to start a Small Business (Eagle Property Investors Colorado, LLC) investing in and rehabbing properties. She subsequently pursued her Realtor’s license through Armbrust Real Estate Institute, which she received prior to joining Sandy, Theresa and Noel with Re-Assurance Real Estate Services. Betty knows the Golden, Littleton, Morrison and Lakewood areas and will primarily target these parts of the Front Range, although her investing has given her some knowledge all over the Front Range and Denver Metro areas.
Prior to developing her Real Estate interests, she was a microbiologist and environmental scientist for most of her 30+ year career, working in several states, including at a National Laboratory in New Mexico, from which she retired in 2006. Never one to stop working, she moved to Colorado in 2012 and started her new career in Real Estate. Her scientific expertise is beneficial in that it is relevant to most environmental problems important to Real Estate, including mold, asbestos and radon, among others. Her educational background is extensive and she is able to bring her unique perspective to bear to help make your Real Estate buying and selling experience a great learning experience! Because she can take raw data and turn it into very useful information, her scientific background lends itself very well to critical analysis of investments and of property values for both homeowners and investors.
Betty has a great deal of interest in helping seniors with life changes as they retire, especially “downsizing” and plans to emphasize this area as a niche in her Real Estate market.
Betty’s outside interests include swimming, hiking, biking and enjoying the great Colorado outdoors. She also enjoys gardening, dancing and needle crafts, and loves to spend time with her family and her pets.
