We do our best to try and fully utilize the MLS, which is honestly the most important tool in any Broker’s toolbox.  We will also keep you fully informed of all of our activities, and any developments related to the listing and your neighborhood.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with a full complement of photos.
*We do our best to highlight all the best FEATURES & BENEFITS of your home AND its LOCATION Professional photography (need to schedule 2 weeks prior to list date)

  • Notify Professional Showing Service with all the details of your listing so they may begin setting showings immediately with easy text approval

  • Present and discuss each offer with you

Plus these Services at No Cost to Seller:

  • Painting living room and kitchen.
  • Help you with any outside landscape items, mulch, fresh flowers, etc for ½ day.
  • Direct Labor or Labor Cost to change outdated light fixture(s) at front door, plus dated light fixtures in main entry room-as needed and with fixtures provided by Seller.
  • Help you move any furniture, assist with staging prior to photos.
  • We will pay for up to 2 hours with our best cleaning company to make your home shine.
  • Removal of window screens and cleaning of main level window glass to maximize appearance and views from inside the home.
  • Pay it Forward!  Charity of Seller’s choice will receive charitable contribution at closing in the Seller’s name.  $100 for every $250,000 in sales price (Example:  $500K sale= $200 charitable donation)

Sandy Hopper has over 22 years of residential sales experience-all in the Golden area, and he started RE-Assurance Real Estate in 2002.

Before becoming a licensed real estate Broker, Sandy worked in construction and construction management. Sandy has a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University (see full resume), and worked after college in the Mutual Fund Industry.

Sandy’s expertise, educational background, investment experience and relevant skill set prove to be a successful mix for his clients. After years of buying, re-habbing and renting detached homes, Sandy loves helping investors in the Golden area. He knows what matters: attention to detail, market knowledge, and a real concern for clients in what may be their most important financial transaction.

Doug Snavely

Doug Snavely has been in the fix and flip industry since 1998. After using his GI Bill to attend college and graduate with a BS in Business Administration, Doug worked in the insurance and payroll industry but never lost his love for house renovations. “My first house in Denver was a renovation that turned into a flip, and I knew this is what I wanted to do.” Getting his real estate license was a natural progression to grow in the housing industry.

“I love all aspects of the real estate industry. Seeing a couple walk into the house of their dreams never gets old! I love helping people search for their first home or their forever home.” With Doug’s extensve construction background, he adds an element not only to the Buyers search, but the Sellers needs as well by maximizing the value of the house before presenting to the market.

Doug is a family man with his wife, two beautiful daughters, and a dog named Lady. He enjoys camping, fishing and golf.
